Don and Matt's experiences with projects at Sierra Nevada Brewery illustrate the wide spectrum of project types that they have experience with. These projects types included fast track, design/build, owner negotiated, and competitively bid. The projects have included space planning, master planning, industrial facilities, office space, warehouse space, equipment and storage tank facility, and restaurant and nightclub design. These projects incorporated nearly every construction type as well. In addition to the projects above, they have a great deal of experience in wood and steel framed commercial and residential design, as well as commercial tenant infill projects. Another major aspect of their business is evaluations for ADA accessibility as well as structural evaluations of existing buildings. Their ability to respond quickly to these sometimes complex issues with proven problem solving ability can make all the difference.

All RGA plans are electronically produced in a CAD drawing format. All of our staff members are advanced CAD users and we use the latest software versions. CAD provides the flexibility to quickly and easily implement changes during design or construction, or to create alterations to a completed building. We recently added software that enables us to complete California Title 24 “energy calculations” in-house. This gives us better control over your project and enables us to respond quickly to changes that effect energy consumption. It also enables us to eliminate surprises by making preliminary runs before a project design is completed.
