Current projects under design or construction include new retail buildings and existing building renovation at the North Valley Plaza Mall in Chico, a new 35,000 square foot medical office building in Red Bluff, two Chico home subdivisions totaling nearly 100 homes, a new 3-story steel office building on Chico’s California Park Lake, a new office addition and a new pilot brewery for Sierra Nevada Brewery, and structural design of numerous custom log homes.
